  • Receptionists, also known as Personal Assistants of Directors should be ready to discuss any subject and also should be ready to travel anywhere.
  • Receptionists’ or Personal Assistants’ Experience should be in any company or organization.
  • Submit a previous job experience certificate to verify past performance, if there is no previous job experience certificate, then the candidates will have to prove themselves in a self-essay, and an interview.  
  • Receptionists or Personal Assistants should be acting as the first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for the director’s, or manager’s attention. Act as a mediator between clients, employees, executives, managers, and directors to convey information.
  • Personal Assistants must be able to work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner for the growth of the profitable business, usually on a one-to-one basis. Personal Assistants will help the director, and manager makes the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. Personal Assistants should assist the executive administrative staff and help improve productivity.
  • Personal Assistants must gain extensive knowledge of the company in which they work. Personal Assistants must know who key personnel is, both external and internal and understand the organization’s aims and objectives. Personal Assistants should be ready to learn new things like how to organize and multitask multiple deadlines and projects and learn about the best practices in the industry. Exposure to the industry and working with experts.
  • Personal Assistants will be responsible for screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence, handling requests and queries appropriately, manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, make arrangements for travel and accommodation, take dictation and minutes, maintain an inventory of all office supplies and regularly ensure they are stocked, carrying out specific projects and research taking responsibility of accounts and budgets, produce reports, presentations and briefs, devise and maintain office filing system, should have knowledge of office management systems and procedures, outstanding organizational and time management skills, up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications, software and should have ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, should have good verbal, written communications skills and people skills, ability to interact with all types of clients and executives, and also should have discretion and confidentiality, must have good professional ethics and integrity, honesty and reliability, business practices and etiquette. Personal Assistants should have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative, flexibility and adaptability, tact and diplomacy.
  • The Personal Assistants will be responsible for working with the administrative team to set up the company conference room for important meetings, and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence. Prepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetings, organize events and conferences, remind the director/manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines, implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, and prepare facilities for scheduled events, and arrange refreshments, if required.
  • Personal Assistants will be responsible for finding new business opportunities and discovering strategies, planning, and developing, implementing for the growth of the profitable business. Personal Assistants who work on behalf of the director and their clients to help them reach their goals. Contact prospective clients to present information and explain available services make administrative decisions, and act in the absence of the director and their clients.
  • Personal Assistants must have the ability to work under a great deal of pressure to perform well, personal assistants should be a creative thinker and should be able to take sound decisions confidently, even under pressure by considering the risk factors involved in it. Personal Assistants should carefully be able to strike a balance between patience, aggression, and emotional stress, personal assistants need to be well-informed about industry trends and changes in the market and provide expert advice to the director and clients of the company.
  • Personal Assistants must be able to deal with difficult or demanding people, often at very senior levels, and to work focused on the needs of the director. Personal Assistants must be able to work very closely with one person and any problems they are having with their work, working more closely with management or board if Personal Assistants taking director’s, manager’s responsibilities, deputizing for the director, manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the director’s, manager’s absence, being involved in decision-making processes.
  • Personal Assistants must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, the ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely, attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines. Personal Assistants must be able to travel within a working day, absence from home overnight and overseas work, or uncommon travel to attend external meetings and conferences or to research facilities.
  • Personal Assistants need to work irregular hours from time to time to support Director. Director often relies heavily on their Personal Assistants, trusting that work will be handled efficiently in their absence.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes of a successful Personal Assistant. Personal Assistants will be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation, and occasionally travel with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations, and miscellaneous tasks to support their director, which will vary according to the sector and to the director’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.  
  • Personal Assistants must have the ability to manage a flexible schedule, be always available, mobile, and open to travel, exemplary planning and time management skills, reminding the director important tasks and deadlines, the director can be lazy but Personal Assistants will be responsible to get the work done by a director or complete the work by themselves.
  • Personal Assistants will be appointed for any one particular Director; therefore, Personal Assistants will dedicate themselves to that particular director. Personal Assistants will be responsible for the above-mentioned work and also responsible for working for Director’s family and also when the director will asks to work for someone. In this case, the work of the Personal Assistants should extend to maintaining the home or personal life of the director, such as ensuring everything is up to date or hiring cleaners, etc.

  • 1st month Probation Period – Rs. 3,000/- Fixed
  • 2nd month Probation Period – Rs. 6,000/- Fixed
  • If the candidate will not fulfill expectations within 2 months then she will have to leave the job.
  • 3rd month including Probation Period as per following experience slab:

  • 1-2 yrs exp – Rs. 1.25 Lakhs Fixed per yr
  • 3-10 yrs exp – Rs. 1.50 Lakhs Fixed per yr
  • 11-14 yrs exp – Rs. 3.25 Lakhs Fixed per yr
