Shipping, Delivery and Return, Replacement, Refund and Cancellation

  1. Before shipping/delivering your order to you, seller or Nexter Plus may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe shopping environment to our users. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification for security or other reasons if it is not satisfied with the creditability of the user.
  2. Shipping: dispatch will take 3-5 days, delivery in India will takes 7-15 working days and out of India will takes 15-30 working days. All Information, Products and Services purchased shall be delivered to the user by post or shipping/transport/courier company or by respective sellers or by Nexter Plus. All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best efforts basis, and while we will endeavor to deliver the Information, Products and Services on the dates intimated, we disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard. We will try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule but we will not responsible for any delay/early delivery for whatever reason. We shall not be liable for any damage in transit due to mishandling by the post or shipping/transport/courier company. In case the user is not reachable or does not accept delivery the Nexter Plus or respective seller reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. We shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
  3. Buyer’s shipping address; pin code will be verified with the provided data. In the event buyer’s order is not serviceable by post or shipping/transport/courier company or by seller or by Nexter Plus, buyer may provide an alternate shipping address on which the Information, Products and Services can be delivered by post or shipping/transport/courier company or by the seller or by Nexter Plus.
  4. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. The availability of the Information, Products and Services is subject to change without prior notice. However, there may be circumstances where the Information, Products and Services may not be available to be delivered to the buyer after the purchase transaction. In such an event, seller may cancel or inform Nexter Plus to cancel such purchase transaction without any recourse to buyer and without any liability to the seller or Nexter Plus.
  5. The Information, Products and Services shall not be delivered to the buyer unless the buyer makes the payment of the purchase of Information, Products and Services. Nexter Plus also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of Information, Products and Services and stock unavailability. Information, Products and Services shall not be eligible for return/replacement/refund: damages due to misuse; incidental damage due to malfunctioning; any consumable item which has been used/installed; products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers; digital products/services (music/movie downloads); clothes (every type including innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, etc.) and footwear are used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way; jewellery which is ‘made to order’; any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, branded or manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
  6. The users can cancel the placed order at no cost before 24 hrs. The users will be refunded back the price of the Information, Products and Services either at the same issuing bank through which the Information, Products and Services was purchased or in any bank account (for which the user shall have to share the bank details) or, the refund will be credited to the wallet linked to user account. Nexter Plus shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from these options. We do not cancel the placed order after 24 hrs. You will have to check Information, Products and Services on receipt of the delivery and in case of any defect you need to inform us within 24 hrs and you will also need to send image of the Information, Products and Services with short description, after 24 hrs of receipt of the delivery any grievances will not be entertained. You will have to return Information, Products and Services within 3-5 days (should be dispatch within 3-5 days, after 3-5 days of receipt of the delivery any grievances will not be entertained) we does not offer reverse pickup of the Information, Products and Services, you will liable to return Information, Products and Services at your own expenses. However, in case where a damage has been caused to the Information, Products and Services ordered, the seller shall replace the Information, Products and Services as per the seller’s replacement policy as may be indicated along with the Information, Products and Services. The tags on the Information, Products and Services should be intact. The Information, Products and Services should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. The Information, Products and Services need to be returned along with the original packaging. Any promotional voucher, rewards or benefits used for the cancelled orders or bulk orders will not be refunded.
  7. The refund will be done after investigation. In such case we will not refund the money under any circumstances but if your claim found valid, we will refund the money or replace such Information, Products and Services with new or if same Information, Products and Services will not available, you will have to choose another or to wait for outstanding Information, Products and Services, we reserve the right to deliver similar/alternate Information, Products and Services for reasons which is beyond its reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. Where the Information, Products and Services replaced is of a higher value that the Information, Products and Services returned, the user shall be liable to pay the differential charges by way of any of the payment method mentioned herein. Where the Information, Products and Services replaced is of a lower value, the Nexter Plus may at its discretion issue a voucher or credit note for the differential value and the user that may use such voucher, subject to terms and conditions stated therein, for another transaction on the Nexter Plus. In case of return initiated and subsequently couriered by the user himself/herself, and if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to us or the shipment was empty, the user needs to prove through presentation/submission of proof of delivery from the concerned post or shipping/transport/courier company to establish his/her claim of return. However, non-receipt of Information, Products and Services by the seller or Nexter Plus may lead to no refund/exchange being issued to the user. The user waives any claims against Nexter Plus in this regard.
  8. You shall be responsible every time for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of Information, Products and Services and to bear any and all applicable taxes, etc. levied thereon whether for new or replaced order. Nexter Plus or seller, a nominal fee may be charged on all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Shipping charges, within India varies depending on location and out of India varies depending on state and country. This charges and taxes (if applicable) shall not be refunded if the Information, Products and Services are returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.
  9. The seller is responsible for shipping up to the point of delivery or otherwise completing the transaction with the user (Information, Products and Services should be dispatch within 3-5 days), unless there is an exceptional circumstance or occurrence of a force majeure event. There are various delivery models for delivery of purchased Information, Products and Services to the buyer, as decided by the seller.
